As well as leading the congregation and singing anthems at the 9.35am and 6.30pm services most Sundays (and at occasional 11.15am services), the Choir sings Choral Evensong regularly, gives recitals, and takes part in festivals in other churches and cathedrals, occasionally going abroad. The children also sing at weddings on some Saturdays, mainly between April and October.
The Choir is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music and operates the RSCM 'Voice for Life' Training Scheme. RSCM training courses are available for children and adults at various times of the year, cost of which is subsidised.
